The program is provided with the chat system wherever you are at the bottom right of the program’s screens wherever you are, whether inside the program or outside it, once you open the HESABATE site you can chat with technical support personnel.

This system is used at any time you want to ask about anything related to the work of the program (note that technical support personnel are present daily from 08:00 until 23:00 except Friday), and all you have to do is press the shortcut of this system to open for you. The screen of this system is related to technical support staff of this program and who are qualified to answer all your inquiries.

You can enter your name by pressing options within the chat screen

After entering your name or any name that you want to show to the technical support employee, start typing whatever you wish to be answer by the employee directly

Technical support personnel are available to serve you daily from 08:00 am until 23:00 Amman time, and in the event that the employee is not present, the chat status (leave us a message) will appear outside the working hours.

In the event that you do not have responded directly, be sure to enter your correct e-mail so that your inquiry will be answered by e-mail.
