First: The chat window

 

HESABATE contains a chat system with technical support staff.

A crew of employee’s works from 09:00 AM until 11:59 PM Jerusalem local time daily except Friday from 5:00 PM 10 PM, to serve you and to solve any problem or inquiry you may need.

Second: VR Training System

 

Once you have a copy of HESABATE system, you can register to obtain full or partial training through the online training system, which provides advanced training rooms via the Internet, you can communicate with one of our professional trainer.

By Clicking at (Online Training Courses), you will get two options:

 

1- General Training: This option contains courses offered by our Training Department, where you can register with any of them according to the information for each course.

2- Private, individual or group training: This option is special for our clients who owns a copy of HESABATE and want to obtain training at any part of the system; they can fill the required form then within 48 hours as the maximum limit for determining the training date.

if you own a copy of HESABATE you can register for a special course by clicking at (Online Training Courses).

 

 

 

Once you fill out the special training form, the training staff will contact you within 48 hours to set an appointment for your training course.

All you need is a computer, Internet, Microphone, then you enter the virtual training room with ease and without any settings, programs or auxiliary tools.

Third: The electronic help system

Once you log into HESABATE, you will find Help Me button, that lead you for assistance and training.

 

 

Help system contains many tools that will facilitate the process to understand the system.

Once you open the online help system, you will find frequently asked questions that you may need; they are classified according to the subject.

Once you click at any question, it will show you the answer directly below it

 

At the top of this screen, you find a search engine that enables you to search for any question by entering any word contained in your question to find all the questions that contain this word have appeared to you very quickly.

 

 

You can also use the option (advanced search) to search for any word contained in any question or answer any question you write in the search engine by selecting an advanced search option to show you all the questions that contain the word that you have selected

 

In addition to common questions, the electronic help system contains a detailed explanation supported by pictures and videos about all sections of the system and organized within topics.

 

 

By clicking on any topic it will shows you all its contents, and by clicking on any content the detailed explanation appears in the center of the screen.

This part also contains a search engine that enables you to search for any topic to show easily.

 

The electronic help system also contain training guide files, where you can identify these best ways to start working on the system and ways to enter your accounts easily and conveniently.
